Upgrade Multus CNI, SRIOV CNI and SRIOV device plugin to
latest release, with Calico CNI as the default CNI besides
SRIOV CNI:
1. Install/uninstall scripts
2. Related yamls
3. Related use case yamls(pods using those resources)
