Modified K8S Version to 16.0 and integrated edgex

Added edgex/edgeonk8s.sh file to integrate edgex platform
in ELIOT platform.

Updated Kubernetes version from 13.0 to 16.0
Updated Calico YAML file to v3.8, added yamllint disable macro
Updated k8s-cni version to 0.7.5
