Added Ampere_Openedge hardware type

Added datasheet URLs for those hardware types that have them.
Added Ampere_Openedge UUID to the blueprint.
Changed the chassis layout value from "airframe" to "open_edge1.3"
Note: for backwards compatability, the portal should accept either value as interchangable
