[UI] UI enhancements

- Representation of declarative result
  info
- Re-deployment of db when persistent
  storage already exists
- Searching matching fields should be
  supported in the front-end app
- Loading gif should be displayed when
  the front-end apps is trying to receive results
- Deletion of submissions should be disabled
